The execution of this project requires an exceptional team. That’s why we are looking for a strong Sales Manager/Director. You will have to:
- build and coach a strong sales team, enabling them to understand the NPL market, the benefits of the Platform and how to sell it
- conduct Platform demos to the NPL market players and connect them to the Platform
- keep relations with the NPL market players, understand their needs and make recommendations on required changes to the Platform
- search for debt portfolios in the market and develop their sales strategy
- work on various ingredients of success like customer support, business development, sales, and marketing
Requirements:
- understanding of the NPL market and its needs
- at least 2 years of experience managing, training and coaching sales team
- experience in sales of digital services
- English level at least B2
- experience in start-ups is an advantage
