For over 15 years of my professional career, I've been focused on co-creating value with customers by collaboration, developing people and processes, building successful teams and organizations in partnership with businesses and customers. I had opportunities to drive and be a part of the digital transformation in various roles and market verticals, to name a few Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Automation, ICT, real estate, and construction businesses.
To have a successful business, co-creating value with customers and investors, I firmly believe you need to nourish a culture of partnership and collaboration. To accomplish this business needs to know that Technology is a catalyst for collaboration, innovation, and visibility. Technology should be the wind in the sails and never an anchor holding the business, founders, partners, and customers back.
We can accomplish this by upholding a few simple principles: focus on value, start where you are, collaborate and promote visibility, progress iteratively with feedback, think and work holistically, keep it simple and practical and optimize and automate. We need to do it responsibly and ethically to make our companies a better place to work. You can achieve this by co-creating the value streams, where data is transformed into information, becomes knowledge, and transforms into wisdom that helps solve real people's real problems. Today's Technology professionals should always focus on innovation, look for challenges and chances for development for the Team and business - big or small, startup or mature organization - this will result in a happy and fulfilled team, who will satisfy customers. To achieve this, one should challenge the status quo, lead by example, constantly expand knowledge and horizons one step at a time to become the best possible version of himself. #justbebetter

I had opportunities to drive and be a part of the digital transformation in various roles and market verticals, to name a few Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Automation, ICT, real estate, and construction businesses. I was directly involved in Central Europe Shared Service Center creation. I was building, and scaling multiple companies, including startups, mergers, acquisitions, and once upon a time, I even designed a storage solution for a supercomputer. All those experiences gave me a unique perspective.
I have joined Digital Ocean Team, which shares common values with me. We want to test the limits and boundaries of what is possible, and we are not afraid to swim against the tide of the Digital Ocean that surrounds us. We are explorers. We are pioneers. We are innovators. We are the crew who is not scared to chase the biggest dreams and navigate the uncharted seas to bring disruption and innovation to the Digital World.
I am, I was, and I will always be learning and improving. I have graduated in Applied Information Technology, Sociology and Finances, and Accounting.
To build honest and lasting relationships with the business and customers during this time, I have developed a unique skill set to be ready to face challenges of today and tomorrow: Team building and people development, technological acumen, emotional intelligence, including effective communication, active listening, and tactical cognitive empathy, leadership by example, strategy development and execution, problem-solving skills applied to Complex, Complicated and Chaotic domains.
