Involved in 5 banking start-up projects, including being a founding member of Alior Bank - the fastest growing bank in Poland (1,5m users in 4 years) and the first Polish unicorn (successful IPO exit at $1,2bn valuation).
One of the experts and avid sea wolves, who has held positions in many innovative companies since 2003, related to online online marketing & sales and after 2008 banking sector.
Marcin has supported the development of Alior Bank as a Director of the Internet Sales Department. Until 2014, he supervised the construction of online onboarding processes, controlled sales efficiency, built tools and created completely new sales methods.
Before becoming the Santander crew’s Deputy Captain and Deputy Director of the Division, Wojciech has gained experience in many companies.
He started his 24 years adventure in Pracownia Badań Społecznych in Sopot, from which he moved smoothly to the profession of RMF FM and Puls Biznesu journalist. From 2001 to 2005, he worked in the marketing consulting industry, in brokerage houses and in trade press.

Bartosz helps product teams implement a research and experiment driven culture.
He promotes service design and product discovery methods to build stronger teams and better products. He is a real fan of exploring customer needs and facilitates prototyping new business ideas.
Bartosz has been studying at the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski, University of Warsaw and SWPS. Even after graduation he still supplements his knowledge with courses such as Gamification by University of Pennsylvania on Coursera. Bartosz received a certificate of Product Manager from Product Academy as well.
