You will have to:
- intimately understand customers and understand other solutions available in the market
- work hand in hand with customers and a passionate and energetic team focusing on different ingredients of the successful product like customer support, customer success representatives, business development, sales, and marketing
- solve problems, think outside the box, and deliver both frontend and backend
- dynamically adjust scope of work
Requirements:
- basic programming language knowledge - Ruby (other languages as a plus) or experience with building automated tests (programming basics)
- willingness to learn
- critical and logical thinking skills
- understanding of how web applications work
- nice to have experience with: Ruby on Rails, Active Admin, GIT, Bootstrap, Building APIs, API integrations, Facebook API
- experience in start-ups is an advantage
- English level at least B2
